Small Business Repair Grants – Prosper Portland grants to help business owners who’ve had damage to window or doors from break-ins and/or vandalism
Prosperity Investment Program (PIP) – Prosper Portland grants for tenant improvements and other physical building improvements
Community Livability Grant – Prosper Portland grant for fostering vibrant and healthy neighborhoods. Because Foster road is part of the Lents Urban Renewal Area, our district qualifies for these grants.
Adopt One Block – Free cleaning materials for businesses. Materials are delivered and include trash grabbers, gloves, bags, and materials for removing graffiti
Healthy Businesses Permit – PBOT’s program for expanding business into sidewalks, parking lanes, or streets (via street closure)
PDX Reporter – City of Portland’s online system to report nuisance issues, such as: graffiti, illegally dumped trash, abandoned autos, campsites, and more.
