Proudly serving Portland since 2007, we’ve been Foster-Powell’s favorite neighborhood cafe for over a decade!

At Bar Carlo, we make almost everything in-house with care, and we’re certain you’ll be able to taste the difference. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, our menu features Mexican American cuisine with vegetarian flair. We also offer vegan and gluten-free options!

Meat lovers have no fear – our burgers are top-notch, too. Try our delicious Bleu+bals burger, made with balsamic grilled onion, bleu cheese, and horseradish aioli on fresh ciabatta.
