Join the Foster Area Business Association (FABA) for a free afternoon of games in the park. From 1-4pm, we will provide giant Jenga blocks, human-sized Connect Four, cornhole, and ladder toss for the community to play and engage with each other. Laurelwood Park is one of the few parks in the City of Portland that sits in the middle of a business district. FABA is excited to welcome the community to gather in and enjoy this public space on a recurring basis.
While you’re there, please consider visiting nearby businesses for shopping, eating, and drinking.
FABA is also collaborating with Dye Dye My Darling Salon and local artists & makers, who will host a Queer Art Market (from 1-5pm) along SE Foster and 63rd Avenue across the street. We’re excited to activate Foster and promote it is a place to eat, drink, shop and play.
